# Card Analytics

> The Analytics tab on each card, and how the panels differ by card type.

Every card has an **Analytics** tab (open a card from [Passes](https://vexioncards.mintlify.site/knowledge-base/passes-page.md), then select **Analytics**). It shows how that card is performing, for the period you choose.

> The main analytics panels are **different for each card type** (a stamp card shows completion funnels, a gift card shows balances and redemption). Pick your card type below for the exact panels.

## What every card analytics shares

* **Time period**: 30 / 90 / 365 Days, or a custom range.
* **Location**: if you have more than one location, the sidebar location selector scopes every panel below to the chosen store(s), exactly like the dashboard. A blue chip next to the title shows the active scope. See [Filtering by Location & Time](https://vexioncards.mintlify.site/knowledge-base/filtering-by-location.md).
* **Export**: use **Export transactions** or **Export customers** in the card's **"..." menu** (admin only). On the Analytics tab, the transactions export uses the Analytics period. Gift cards also have **Request report**, which emails you an Excel, CSV, or PDF when ready. It is part of VEXiON PRO.
* **Headline figures**: Registered Customers, Active Customers, Total Revenue, and Total Transactions. Active Customers, Total Revenue, and Total Transactions are compared with the previous period. Registered Customers is a total.
* **Loyalty / Program Health**: an overall Health Score out of 100, with a breakdown that reflects the card type.
* **Activity Heatmap**: when customers are active, by day and hour.
* **Top Customers**: your best customers, ranked (the ranking options depend on the card type).
