# Settings

> Where you manage your business: general preferences, team, locations, billing, and more.

Open **Settings** from the sidebar to manage everything about your account. Settings is organised into tabs across the top, and **which tabs you see depends on your role**.

## What each tab is for

* **General**: business name, currency, language, scanner mode, and privacy preferences. See [General settings](https://vexioncards.mintlify.site/knowledge-base/general-settings.md).
* **Integrations**: connect your POS or e-commerce platform. See [Integrations](https://vexioncards.mintlify.site/knowledge-base/integrations.md).
* **Billing**: your plan, payment, invoices, locations pricing, pausing, and cancellation. See [Billing](https://vexioncards.mintlify.site/knowledge-base/billing-plans.md).
* **My Billing**: shown to managers. It is where a manager sets up payment for a location delegated to them. See [Delegated billing](https://vexioncards.mintlify.site/knowledge-base/billing-delegated.md).
* **Locations**: your stores or branches. See [Locations](https://vexioncards.mintlify.site/knowledge-base/locations.md).
* **Custom Fields**: extra questions on your sign-up form. See [Custom fields](https://vexioncards.mintlify.site/knowledge-base/custom-fields.md).
* **Team**: invite staff and set their roles. See [Team & roles](https://vexioncards.mintlify.site/knowledge-base/team-and-roles.md).
* **Developer**: connect an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT to your business. It also holds API keys and webhooks for technical integrations. * **Danger Zone**: certificate status, data export, and deleting your account. See [Danger zone](https://vexioncards.mintlify.site/knowledge-base/danger-zone.md).

## What each role sees

Team members only see the settings their role allows. This keeps the till simple for staff and keeps billing and account controls with the owner.

> [!NOTE]
>
> A **Scanner**-role user only ever sees the General tab, and even there only the **scanner mode** and **language** options, everything else on the page is hidden. A **Manager** sees the General tab, their own Locations, and **My Billing**. On the General tab a manager can change only the **scanner mode** and **language**. The other General settings can only be changed by an **Admin**. An **Admin** sees everything.

> Roles are set when you [invite a team member](https://vexioncards.mintlify.site/knowledge-base/team-and-roles.md). If someone opens a settings page they are not allowed to see, they are sent back to the first tab they can.
