Refer a business

Give another business a 49 EUR gift and earn up to a year of VEXiON free for the businesses that join with your link and pay.

Know another business owner who could use VEXiON? Send them your personal link. They get a 49 EUR gift. You earn free months of VEXiON for every business that joins and pays, up to a year free.

Who can refer

Account admins of a paid VEXiON ONE or VEXiON PRO plan that you pay by card or bank transfer through VEXiON. The free plan and accounts billed through Shopify do not have this page.

Where to find it

Open Refer a business in the left menu, in the Settings group, right under Settings. A chip next to it shows the months your next business earns you, for example +2 mo. When the menu is collapsed, you see a gift icon. It is blue while you can still earn months.

On a phone, find it in More. You also find it in your profile menu. Only admins see it. It is there from your first day on a paid ONE or PRO plan.

Share your link

1. Open the page

   Click Refer a business. Your personal link is in the first box, for example vexioncards.one/invite/k7m2x9ab.

2. Pick how to send it

   • Copy link: copies the link so you can paste it anywhere.
   • WhatsApp: opens WhatsApp with a short message and your link.
   • Email: opens your email app with a short message and your link.

What the new business gets

The new business gets a 49 EUR gift from you, on every plan:

VEXiON ONE or PRO, monthly	The Starter Pack setup fee (49 EUR) is waived.
VEXiON PRO, annual	49 EUR off the first invoice.

During a VEXiON offer, for example a seasonal discount, the new business gets the offer instead of the gift. You earn your months as usual. The Refer a business page then shows the offer and its end date.

The new business sees your business name when it signs up with your link. You see only its business name, and only after it pays.

Your reward: the stamp card

Every business that joins and pays fills one stamp on your stamp card. Each stamp gives you free months:

That is 12 months, a whole year of VEXiON free.

Right now, the Ambassador badge appears on your stamp card when your 3rd business counts.

The yearly limit

You can earn at most 12 months in 365 days. When you reach it, the Refer a business page shows 12 mo. and yearly maximum, with the date when the first months free up. Above your link it says that a new business still gets its gift.

• Each reward counts toward the limit for 365 days. After that, its months no longer count, and you can earn them again.
• Until then, new businesses earn you no months. The chip in the menu disappears.
• A business that counts while you are at the limit uses no stamp. When months free up, your next business fills the next open stamp.
• The business still gets its 49 EUR gift.

When the months count

A business counts when it pays its first invoice and is still with VEXiON 30 days later. Then the months are added to your account.

Months never expire. If your account is paused, they wait until you resume.

Where you see your free months

On the Refer a business page, your stamp card shows Earned, Used and Left months. Below it, a table lists your businesses with the date they joined and a status.

In Settings, Billing, a green block shows how many free months you have left, which next invoices are free and until which invoice your free months last. On the invoice itself the free months appear as a minus line. Each free month is worth at most 45 EUR without VAT.

Monthly	Your next invoices are free, one month per invoice.
Quarterly	The free months are taken off your next quarterly invoice.
Annual	The free months are taken off at your renewal.

Statuses

Each business in the list has a status:

Status	What it means
Waiting for first payment	The business signed up but has not paid yet. You do not see its name yet.
Paid, months on (date)	The business paid. Your months are added on that date.
Checking	We are checking this referral.
2 months earned	The months are added to your account.
Yearly limit reached	The business counts, but you already have 12 months in the last 365 days.
Not eligible	The business does not count. Point to the status to see the reason.

A business is Not eligible when:

• it is the same business as yours,
• the owner is a member of your team,
• the owner already uses VEXiON,
• it joined through a VEXiON partner,
• it cancelled, or never finished signing up,
• the payment was disputed,
• your account was not active at the time.

What does not count

• Your own second business. A business with the same owner or the same company as yours does not count.
• Your team members. If the owner is a member of your team, it does not count.
• A business that already uses VEXiON.

Limited-time boosts

Now and then VEXiON runs a boost, for example +1 month for every business. A banner on the Refer a business page shows what you get and until when. During a boost, each open stamp on your stamp card, and a paid stamp that got the boost, shows the extra month in blue, for example 2 + 1 mo. The extra month counts for businesses that pay their first invoice before the boost ends. A boost never takes you above the yearly limit of 12 months in 365 days.
