Detailed analytics for Membership Cards are coming in a future update. The Analytics tab on a membership card currently shows a preview of what is planned rather than live data.
Until membership analytics ship, use the card’s Activity tab to see transactions and the Customers tab to see who holds the membership, and the dashboard for overall performance.
