Create a collect-and-earn stamp card step by step: customers gather stamps and unlock a reward when the card is full.
A Stamp Card is the digital version of the paper punch card. Customers collect stamps, and once the card is full they earn the reward. It is the most familiar loyalty mechanic.
The customer adds the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
The card shows Stamps of 10 (your own goal). After each stamp the customer gets a message such as ”⭐ +1 stamp • 3 more stamps to your reward • You have 7 stamps”.
On each qualifying purchase, staff add one or more stamps on the Scanner.
Stamps are not capped. The customer can keep collecting past a full card, and any extra carries over.
The reward can be redeemed once the customer reaches halfway plus one stamp (for example 6 on a 10-stamp card, but never fewer than 3 stamps), so you can give it a little early if you like.
Redeeming clears one full card’s worth of stamps. If the card was only partly filled (under the full number), it resets to 0. If it was full or over, the surplus carries over: 10 becomes 0, and 11 becomes 1. Rewards repeat, so a full card never ends the relationship.
Any repeat-visit business that wants a simple “buy several, get one free” loyalty loop.
Good to know: rewards repeat, so a full card does not end the relationship. An optional starting bonus and referral bonuses help new customers get going.
If you want customers to buy their stamps up front instead of collecting them, switch on Paid in advance. See Paid in advance.
Already created this card? You can edit it any time: change the settings, design, or details, and the update reaches existing cardholders.
Switch on Paid in advance in the card settings and the card works the other way round. The customer buys the stamps first. Staff use them up on each visit.
The customer adds the empty card to the wallet.
At the counter the cashier charges the card. It fills to the full set of stamps, for example ten coffees. The customer pays for the pack at this moment.
On each visit staff deduct stamps, counting down to zero.
At 0 the cashier can charge the card again to sell another pack.
The card shows Remaining stamps. After each use the customer gets a message such as ”✅ 1 stamp used • Balance: 6 stamps”. For what staff tap at the counter, see Stamp cards paid in advance on the scanner.Best for prepaid packs and bundles: coffee packs, class packs, wash bundles.
Good to know:
Choose it when you create the card. It cannot be changed on a saved card.
There is no starting bonus, because the stamps are paid for, not given.
Go to Passes and click Create Card. On Choose Your Card Type, pick Stamp Card and click Continue.

Company Name: your business name.
Business Links: your website, Instagram and Facebook. They appear on the back of the card.
Review Link: choose Automatic (recommended: the Google review link of the store where each customer signed up), Custom link (one review page you choose, the same for every customer) or Off (no review link on the card). See Review link.
Show terms of use: switch it on to display your terms and conditions on the back of the card, then type them into the box that appears.
Loyalty programme rules: its own switch, separate from Show terms of use. Turn it on and paste the web address of your own programme rules.
